Job Context:
∎ Candidate for this position will be responsible for performing all operational processes and procedures, ensuring all IT services and infrastructure meets operational targets. Candidate will work closely with management and may occasionally meet with clients outside of the office.
∎ Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure maximum access to and implementation of technology services and resources.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly Manage IT Infrastructure, ensure Infrastructure improvements and changes.
∎ Design, develop, implement and coordinate IT systems, IT policies and IT procedures.
∎ Maintain team coordination to ensure IT Service & Support Delivery.
∎ Maintain smooth relation with vendors and external stockholders.
∎ Properly manage IT system Administration - active directory & other windows servers, Linux server, server storage.
∎ Properly ensure IT application management and ensure proper application usage.
∎ Strongly ensure IT security & compliance.
∎ Ensure users are following IT security & compliance rules & regulations
∎ IT disaster recovery management - Data recovery, data backup, data backup of virtual servers & physical servers.
∎ Perform tasks as network administrator - Core network planning, manage routers & switches, manage firewall.
∎ Data Center facility management.
∎ IT assets procurement and management
∎ Provide user support
∎ Plan and deliver IT related training.

∎ Knowledge on CISCO ASA-Firewall & SOPHOS-UTM
∎ Knowledge on VMware ESXi, Linux Servers, Windows Servers

∎ Knowledge on Office 365
∎ Knowledge on MS Office Package
