Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create detailed and comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
∎ Ensure test cases cover functional, performance, security, and usability aspects of the software.
∎ Execute manual and automated test cases to identify defects and verify software functionality.
∎ Perform exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues.
∎ Record and report test results, including defects and issues found during testing.
∎ Verify that reported defects are fixed correctly.
∎ Execute automated test suites as part of regression testing.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and ensure alignment.
∎ Collect and report key quality assurance metrics, such as test coverage, defect density, and test pass rates.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and testing methodologies.
∎ Identify process improvements and suggest enhancements to testing practices.
∎ Ensure adherence to company testing standards and processes.
∎ Contribute to the improvement of the overall software development and testing process.
