Relevant certifications (such as RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Linux+)

• Only Male

• Proficiency in Linux & Windows operating systems, networking, hardware, software, and cloud platforms.

• Extensive understanding of Windows Server and Linux OS (such as Windows Server, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Red Hat).

• Hands-on experience with VM technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V and Proxmox).

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

• Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

• Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) to manage and query databases effectively.

• Familiarity with configuration management tools for Linux platform.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Perl, Python, and Bash.

• Understanding Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to build and run highly reliable, scalable, and efficient systems.

• System Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and software applications to keep up with Linux and windows systems to meet organizational requirements. 

• User & Security Management: Create and manage user accounts, implement and enforce security policies with Linux & Windows system, configure firewalls and other security measures. 

• Maintenance & Updates: Apply software updates, patches, and anti-virus definitions to ensure system security and performance. 

• Backup & Recovery: Develop and implement procedures for data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning. 

• Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Monitor Windows and Linux system performance, diagnose and resolve issues, and optimize systems for efficiency. 

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults. 

• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations. 

• Network Management: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls and switches. 

• Automation: Create scripts and use tools to automate repetitive tasks. 

• Capacity Planning: Analyze system usage trends to forecast future needs and plan for expansion. 

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to users and assist with helpdesk. 

• Collaboration: Work with other IT professionals and departments to ensure smooth IT operations. 

• Disaster Recovery Testing: Periodically test disaster recovery plans and systems. 

• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical staff.
