• Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years

Skills Required: AC/ Air Conditioning Repairing

Additional Requirements:

• Age 20 to 28 years
• Only Male

• Knowledge of Split, Cassette & Central AC systems.

• Basic electrical troubleshooting skill.

• Ability to work under pressure & respond quickly.

• Record keeping & reporting skill.

Responsibilities & Context:

• অফিসে স্থাপিত সব AC (Split, Cassette ইত্যাদি) এর নিয়মিত সার্ভিসিং ও মেইনটেন্যান্স করা।

• Preventive maintenance schedule অনুযায়ী কাজ সম্পন্ন করা।

• AC তে কোনো technical problem হলে দ্রুত troubleshooting এবং repair করা।

• Indoor & outdoor unit পরিষ্কার রাখা ও সঠিকভাবে কাজ করছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করা।

• Periodic inspection করে potential problem আগে থেকেই identify করা।

• AC spare parts এর requirement indent raise করা এবং stock update রাখা।

• Service record, logbook এবং maintenance checklist maintain করা।

• Safety rules & compliance (electricity, refrigerant handling, ladder use ইত্যাদি) strictly follow করা।
