Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 28 years
  • IT / Software Project Planning, Budgeting, Scheduling, Implementation, and Management 

  • Project Delivery, Reporting, and RISK optimization

  • JIRA, Notion, Agile/SCRUM, and associated Project management tools. 

  • Proficient in Programming/Coding, Database, SQA, and overall SDLC Project Management and Control, and Documentation 

  • Strong Interpersonal ability to communicate and collaborate with people/team 

  • Business / professional English (fluent in writing, speaking and presenting)

  • Independently corresponds with customers, partners and stakeholders

  • Knowledge on CMMI process/methods and Certification on PMP will be preferred.

  • Excellent in time management, multitasking and demonstrates ethical practice

  • Practical experience in SDLC, with 2-3 years in a foreign company/projects.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Defining project objectives, scopes, roles, and responsibilities

  • Design and follow appropriate project management standards.

  • Prepare and maintain project, stage, frameworks, and exception plans as required.

  • Strength in Project milestones and objectives management.

  • SDLC and its best practices.

  • Maintain the project on track and keep up to date with required reports.

  • Manage project internal and external risk management analysis to reduce project risks.

  • Managing and adjusting for project scope, capacity, schedule, and/or budget adjustments.

  • Monitor overall progress and resource utilization, focusing on resource optimization.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

  • Keep in consideration certain interdependencies with upcoming projects and their potential impacts.

  • Find and obtain the appropriate support and advice required for the running of the project

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and feedback.

  • Measure project performance using appropriate Project management standard tools.

  • In-depth understanding of operating procedures.

  • Project driving experiences with multiple stakeholders.

  • Capable of managing and tracking the entire project activities by following market standards.

  • Robust idea over tools & techniques to make operations, processes much and more easier.

  • Reporting and analytical capabilities for better tracking and monitoring.
