Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant subject from any reputed public or private university.
∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Excellent communication skill, Reporting and Documentation

∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fund Management, Grants management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare financial progress reports, workflow reports and other communicative products for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Maintain a grants tracker and provide regular management information (e.g. deadlines for reporting, updates on budgetary changes, summary grants reports on projects' budgets and others).
∎ Ensure quality of concept notes and project proposal in line with the requirements of donor, government and other international agencies.
∎ Assist in finalizing budgets in coordination with Sector Leads, Technical Leads, Programme & Project Managers, PDDR Team, Finance Team, and HRD both in Cox's Bazar and BRAC Head Office.
∎ Review, communicate and monitor compliance with donor requirements related to staffing, purchasing, and asset management and reporting.
∎ Coordinate the implementation of the donor guidelines. Ensure all sectors' strategies related to grant are effectively assessed and all corrective actions are fully executed.
∎ Monitor the budgets and expenses at periodical basis and ensure compliance of actions with available budget.
∎ Coordinate planning of periodic review of potential new partner organizations and maintain continuous liaison with them.
∎ Participate in programme meetings for effective plans and collectively coordinate financial and programmatic activities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Grants Management in NGO/ INGO.
∎ Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles.
∎ Have excellent knowledge in Grants Management, Project Proposal Writing, Concept Note, Budget etc.
∎ Have effective acquaintance data management.
∎ Have excellent reporting skill.
∎ Have willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Have ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications, Advanced Excel.
∎ Have excellent language skills both English and Bengali.
