Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in supervising the manufacturing process to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production
Monitor production lines and report any issues or abnormalities to senior engineers
Support troubleshooting of production line problems and assist in implementing solutions
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Assist in maintaining and updating reports such as daily efficiency, PRS sheet, production accuracy, machine breakdown, OT analysis, and spare parts reports
Help ensure production targets are achieved as per the production schedule
Support the availability of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and machine spare parts for uninterrupted production
Prepare daily and monthly production reports and assist in finished goods inventory reporting
Follow all safety, health, and company compliance guidelines
