Responsibilities & Context:

Support Solution team and Sales teams in pre-sales engagements through preparation

of technical materials, demos, and analytical outputs.

 Assist in customer discovery by gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and

technical requirements.

 Configure, maintain, and present ArcGIS-based demos, sample applications,

dashboards, maps, and industry-specific workflows.

 Perform spatial analysis, data preparation, validation, and visualization using the

ArcGIS platform.

 Support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot activities, including environment setup, data

preparation, and workflow configuration.

 Contribute to technical proposals by preparing solution descriptions, diagrams, scope

inputs, and supporting documentation.

 Maintain and enhance reusable demo assets, datasets, and industry use-case libraries.

 Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services teams to

ensure solution alignment and knowledge sharing.

 Provide technical assistance during customer meetings, events, workshops, and

presentations.

 Continuously build expertise in the ArcGIS platform, complementary technologies, and

industry best practices through training and self-learning.

 Support internal initiatives, documentation, and process improvements within the

Solutions Engineering team.

About you

• Bachelors or masters in IT, CSE, Civil, EEE, GIS/Geography/Resource Management or related fields.

• 3 years of experience in developing, implementing, training the use of software solutions and applications for enterprise users.

• Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills, spoken, written and presentation.

• Effective time management skills and good attention to detail.

• Experience in technical scoping and proposal writing.

• A team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.

• Experience and positive attitude in working with cross-functional teams is essential.

• Previous experience in some or all of the following will be an advantage but not mandatory:

  1. Previously from technical Presales or similar roles.

  2. Working experience in a GIS related field.

  3. Knowledge of the ArcGIS Platform.
