About the role

• Identify and articulate clients’ goals and objectives and propose value propositions and

  solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

• Support and guide the strategic vision of clients and prospects to grow the adoption of Esri’s solutions and services, including through strategic geospatial roadmaps.

• Design best-in-class digital solutions with your team to identify and solve business challenges faced by users and clients.

• Actively engage with working teams and senior executives in our clients' organizations to discover, understand and define their business needs.

• Produce qualify proposals to support client’s investment and budgeting decisions and processes.

• Work closely and synergistically with cross-functional teams, such as sales, pre-sales and services teams, to build the Company’s business.

• Own and lead the technical pre-sales strategy for assigned accounts and opportunities, including solution positioning, architecture, and value articulation.

• Proactively keep up to date on technology trends of ArcGIS and other strategic complementary technologies.

• Actively support and promote company initiatives.

• Providing technical support for users as cases arise at events or through email and other online communication channels.

About you

• Bachelors or masters in IT, CSE, Civil, EEE, GIS/Geography/URP/Resource Management or related fields.

• 5 years of experience in developing, implementing, training the use of software solutions and applications for enterprise users. Preferable geospatial tech stack.

• Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills, spoken, written and presentation.

• Effective time management skills and good attention to detail.

• Experience in technical scoping and proposal writing.

• A team player with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.

• Experience and positive attitude in working with cross-functional teams is essential.

• Previous experience in some or all of the following will be an advantage but not mandatory

  1. Previously from technical Presales or similar roles.

  2. Working experience in a GIS related field.

  3. Knowledge of the ArcGIS Platform.
