• Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation

• Linux OS: RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu

• Strong understanding of hybrid infrastructure integration, cloud adoption, and automation frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible), container orchestration, and cloud-native deployment.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Job Summary:
The Solution Architect – Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure designs and delivers end-to-end hybrid IT solutions, combining expertise in virtualization, storage, networking, cloud platforms, Linux systems, DevOps, and infrastructure security. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the role ensures solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Design

   • Design hybrid infrastructure solutions: virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), storage (Dell EMC, NetApp), networking/security (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), backup/DR (Veeam, Acronis), cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps & cloud-native tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible).

   • Develop HLD/LLD documents; ensure scalability, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.

2. Pre-Sales & Technical Consultation

   • Support Sales with technical workshops, requirement analysis, and solution demos.

   • Prepare proposals, blueprints, and cloud adoption/migration strategies.

3. Project Delivery & Implementation Oversight

   • Oversee deployment, validate configurations, security, and operational readiness.

   • Coordinate with engineers/vendors and troubleshoot complex issues.

4. DevOps & Automation

   • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for scalable deployments.

   • Promote DevOps culture across teams.

5. Security & Compliance

   • Ensure adherence to security frameworks, zero-trust models, and organizational standards.

   • Collaborate on vulnerability assessments, threat detection, and compliance reporting.

6. Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

   • Mentor junior architects/engineers and contribute to knowledge bases, templates, and frameworks.
