Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
∎ Graduates in CSE/EEE or any other IT Domain subjects will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct interactive online training sessions (via Zoom or other related platforms)
∎ Conduct physical on-site training in a classroom setting if required
∎ Answer user's questions, collect user feedback and convey it to the management in an organized manner
∎ Plan and maintain training schedules and keep attendee logs
∎ Aid the SQA team to find functional and usability issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in IT Training delivery is preferred
∎ Experience in classroom/online teaching
∎ Experience as a Teaching Assistant in the university will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent public speaking skills with clear pronunciation in Bangla
∎ Practical experience in MS Office Suite, Google Office Suite, Gmail and PowerPoint
