We are expanding our international business development efforts and are seeking motivated, research-oriented individuals who are interested in working with global tenders, procurement systems, and international development projects.
This role focuses on identifying relevant international tender opportunities, analyzing requirements, and preparing competitive proposals for organizations such as UN agencies, development partners, governments, and international institutions.
You will monitor global procurement portals, evaluate tender documents, coordinate with internal teams to gather technical and organizational inputs, and help prepare high-quality submissions that align with international procurement standards.
The position offers valuable exposure to global procurement processes, international development projects, and strategic proposal preparation, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in international business development and proposal management.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify relevant international tender opportunities, RFPs, EOIs, and RFQs from global procurement portals and development agency platforms (such as UNGM, UNDP, World Bank, ADB, etc.).
Regularly monitor procurement portals, government platforms, and development partner websites to track new opportunities relevant to the company's services.
Review tender documents and analyze requirements, eligibility criteria, evaluation methods, and submission guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams (technical, management, finance, and operations) to gather necessary inputs for preparing proposals.
Prepare and structure technical proposals, expressions of interest (EOIs), capability statements, and supporting documents in accordance with international procurement standards.
Ensure all proposal submissions are accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain a structured database of tender opportunities, submissions, deadlines, and results for internal tracking and reporting.
Assist in preparing organizational profiles, project experience summaries, and capability documents required for international bids.
Support the improvement of proposal templates, submission processes, and documentation frameworks.
Stay updated on trends in international procurement, development projects, and donor-funded initiatives.
