Description

Dynamic Solution Innovators (DSi) is a software company providing software development services since 2001 to clients across Bangladesh and various international markets. With a team of 270+ professionals, we have delivered impactful solutions in the education, finance, logistics, and government sectors.

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our day-to-day operational functions at DSi. This key management position will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and supporting the execution of our business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations across various departments, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to compliance, quality standards and timely delivery of products/services

  • Analyze internal operations to identify, develop and implement solutions to streamline operations, and introduce best practices that enhance productivity and reduce costs

  • Leading and supervising operation team, you will foster a collaborative and productive work environment. This involves scheduling, training team members, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring team adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources including materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

  • Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Prepare different types of operational and management reports
