Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Core Tech: Strong foundational knowledge of PHP and Laravel.

• Front-end: Familiarity with React and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind/Bootstrap).

• AI & Vibe Coding: Proficiency in using AI tools like Cursor or ChatGPT for "Vibe Coding" and rapid prototyping.

• Research Mindset: Ability to independently research solutions and learn new libraries or frameworks quickly.

• Tools: Basic understanding of Git/GitHub for version control.

• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Flutter or experience with mobile app development will be a significant advantage.

• Portfolio: Mention of any completed reputable online courses (e.g., Udemy, Coursera, LWS, Stack Learner) or personal projects is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.

• Work on front-end components using React to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to speed up development and improve code quality (Vibe Coding).

• Conduct research on new technologies, plugins, and AI tools to implement within projects.

• Collaborate with the senior dev team to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.

• Write clean, maintainable code and document your development process.[1]

• Support the team in building cross-platform features, with occasional exposure to Flutter-based projects.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CSE/IT (running students or fresh graduates)

• Note: For us, skills and the ability to deliver results matter more than your CGPA or degree.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a "can-do" attitude and a hunger for learning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Effective communication skills in English and Bangla.
