∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for end-to-end Business Testing and Regression Test Strategies for regular maintenance.
∎ Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
∎ Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
∎ Come up with test strategy and scoping of new features, regression, and automation.
∎ Evaluate current test procedures/processes and drive optimizations.
∎ Work towards improving the test automation framework.
∎ Combine different testing methods and approaches to ensure the best testing coverage.
∎ Monitor debugging process results

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Very good attention to detail.
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
∎ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Working knowledge of test management software.
∎ Must have work experience in a core programming language like Java, JavaScript, or Python.
∎ Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
∎ Experience in automation framework design and implementation using tools such as Selenium is a big plus.
∎ Experience in DevOps and CI/CD would be an added Advantage.
∎ Experience with API and Performance testing using Postman/Jmeter.
∎ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
∎ Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
