We are looking for Business Communication Executive who will be a key member of DSi's International Sales outreach team, operating from our Dhaka head office. This is an outbound communication-focused role where the individual will proactively contact businesses across the USA, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, introduce DSi's software services, and generate qualified sales leads for the business development team.
This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional with exceptional English communication skills, a confident telephone presence, and a strong desire to build a career in international B2B sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses across multiple region.
Adapt communication style and approach based on the cultural and business norms of the target region.
Introduce DSi's software services and solutions to potential clients in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
Identify and qualify leads by understanding the prospect's business needs, current technology stack, and decision-making authority.
Maintain a polished, neutral, and easily understood English accent during all client interactions.
Coordinate with the senior sales team to hand off qualified leads and schedule discovery calls.
Log all activities, prospect details, and interaction outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily targets and weekly qualified lead generation goals.
Develop a solid understanding of DSi's service offerings, case studies, and competitive advantages.
Stay informed about trends in the global software services and IT outsourcing market across key regions.
Continuously improve communication scripts and outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
Work with some of the best and most experienced talents in the country.
