• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field       Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, DNS, DHCP etc.)

• Operating Systems Expertise (Windows Server Administration, Linux/Unix, macOS)

• Virtualization and Cloud Computing

• System and Network Security

• Backup and Recovery Solutions

• Monitoring and Performance Tuning

• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving

• Provide user support through the ServiceDesk by diagnosing and resolving software, networking, and hardware issues

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux-based environments

• Set up and configure client computers, storage servers, and related systems

• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of the factory network infrastructure

• Configure and maintain secure, reliable internet connectivity across all user environments

• Implement updates, patches, and firmware upgrades for Mikrotik routers, network switches, and UniFi access points

• Manage and monitor the CCTV surveillance system to ensure continuous operational coverage

• Collaborate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to troubleshoot outages and resolve service disruptions

• Support end users with network-related issues and connectivity challenges

• Manage procurement processes for IT equipment and coordinate servicing of hardware and ISP-related services

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, IT processes, and network diagrams

• Ensure adherence to IT security policies, data protection standards, and operational best practices
