We are looking for a Senior SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of organic growth from zero to traction in the UK market. This is a hands-on role for someone who can design strategy and execute SEO, content, backlinks, and early-stage growth experiments.

This role is not for basic social media marketers or generic ad managers. We need someone who can build long-term organic growth engines.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Primary Focus – UK Market)

• Build and execute SEO strategy for both platforms from scratch

• Perform UK-focused keyword research (commercial & transactional intent)

• Design site structure, content clusters, service pages & landing pages

• Implement on-page SEO (titles, internal linking, schema, CWV)

• Work with developers on technical SEO (indexing, speed, Core Web Vitals)

• Build and manage backlink strategy (white-hat outreach, PR, partnerships)

• Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and report weekly progress

Growth & Marketplace Launch

• Design early growth experiments for user acquisition

• Help seed demand/supply for website-1(marketplace strategy)

• Optimize onboarding funnels for website-2(activation → upgrade)

• Test referral loops and conversion improvements

• Set up analytics, dashboards, and growth KPIs

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6+ years of proven experience in SEO & Growth Marketing

• Demonstrated success growing organic traffic for SaaS, marketplaces, or service platforms

• Strong understanding of:

  • Technical SEO

  • Content strategy & programmatic SEO

  • Backlink building (white-hat only)

  • Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush

• Experience with UK or competitive English-speaking markets

• Ability to work independently and own growth KPIs

• Data-driven mindset with clear reporting & experimentation discipline

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling freemium products

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces

• Familiarity with UK SMEs and IT outsourcing market

• Basic CRO and funnel optimization knowledge
