• Age 25 to 40 years

Close interaction with Production team, Product Test Engineering team, Quality team and Communicate technical product status to management

supporting yield improvement, downtime reduction and one time pass rate improvement for production ramp.

• Program various equipment (MPM paste printer, Fuji pick and place, BTU-re-flow oven, PARMI-AOI&SPI) for new boards.
• Conduct exploratory studies and analysis to identify PCB assembly processes to meet product requirements.
• Master the relevant knowledge of smart phone manufacturing and deal with abnormalities in the production line
• Responsible for the introduction of new projects and full life cycle management
• Cooperate with multiple departments to complete special improvement projects
• Develop cause and effect analysis, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control plans.
• Troubleshoot and identify corrective measures to critical equipment (mechanical, electrical, thermal, optical etc.) related problems
• Any other task given by authority
