Responsibilities & Context:

Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using PowerBI and other BI tools to support decision making across entities.
Perform deep dive analyses to uncover trends, actionable insights, and patterns that drive operational and strategic improvements.
Translate business requirements from entities into analytical solutions with clarity and accuracy.
Collaborate across teams to support new data-driven projects such as Cloud DWH.
Contribute to the improvement of data models, ETL processes, and data warehouse structures.
Support the creation and publication of recurring analytical newsletters and insights.
Work closely with country teams to deliver iterative dashboard improvements based on feedback.
