-DFS Leadership:
Develop and execute a strategic vision for DFS aligned with ASA International’s business objectives
Lead the establishment of a centralized DFS Command Center to support global operations
Promote in-house capabilities to reduce dependency on external vendors
-Vendor Transition & Application Ownership:
Manage the DFS application currently developed by a Polish vendor, including both loan officer and customer-facing mobile applications
Lead the phased takeover of application source code, architecture, and technical knowledge from the vendor
Build internal capability for customization, enhancement, and long-term maintenance
Ensure seamless integration and performance with the core banking system
Establish documentation, code governance, and knowledge transfer processes
-DFS Operations & Support:
Ensure 24/7 availability of DFS platforms through effective monitoring and incident management
Manage L1 and L2 support structures across entities
Define and enforce SLAs, SOPs, and operational best practices
-System Monitoring & DevOps:
Implement scalable system monitoring and alerting mechanisms Drive DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, and performance optimization
Ensure system reliability, uptime, and rapid issue resolution
-Cybersecurity & Risk Management:
Collaborate with Security Operations Center (SOC) teams to ensure platform security
Monitor and mitigate risks, vulnerabilities, and fraud threats
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and policies
-Collaboration:
Work closely with IT teams to enhance DFS infrastructure and system integration
Collaborate with business and country teams across Asia and Africa
Partner with stakeholders to align DFS capabilities with operational needs
-Performance Monitoring:
Establish KPIs to measure system performance, availability, and service quality
Analyze operational trends and recommend improvements
Drive continuous optimization of DFS platforms and processes
Salary is negotiable based on job knowledge and experience.
