▸     Own the product roadmap for the loan management system and DFS applications, aligned with Group and country-level objectives.

▸     Gather and prioritize business requirements across countries; translate them into product specs, user stories, and wireframes for IT implementation.

▸     Act as the primary liaison between business and IT, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and technical constraints.

▸     Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management; validate features against acceptance criteria before production release.

▸     Develop business cases for new features, including cost-benefit analysis and expected KPI impact.

▸     Communicate product updates and roadmap changes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

▸     Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Operations, Risk, Finance, and IT.

▸     Track product KPIs and use performance data to drive continuous improvement and inform roadmap iterations.
