• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age 26 to 32 years

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts; CCNA certification or training will be considered an added advantage.

• Understanding of IT project coordination or project management principles

• Familiarity with CCTV/Surveillance System installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of website design and development (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, etc.)

• Exposure to software implementation, system deployment, or user training support

• Provide IT helpdesk support for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.

• Assist in managing and maintaining LAN/Wi-Fi networks and ensure stable connectivity.

• Support Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.

• Perform user account creation, modification, and access control management.

• Assist in server administration and routine system monitoring.

• Support antivirus management and printer server administration.

• Conduct regular system monitoring and basic performance optimization tasks.

• Assist in data backup procedures and recovery processes as per policy.

• Support IT security management by following standard security protocols.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware servicing, warranty claims, and IT procurement support.

• Maintain proper IT documentation including asset inventory, network diagrams, and issue logs.

• Assist in infrastructure planning and IT improvement initiatives
