• Age 20 to 30 years

●Minimum 1+ year of experience in Software UI/UX or Product Design

●Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping, design systems)

●Experience designing responsive web applications and mobile app interfaces

●Good understanding of application theming, layout systems, spacing, and visual hierarchy

●Knowledge of HTML & CSS (working understanding is required; hands-on experience is a plus)

●Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React or similar) is a plus

●Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

●Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams

●Exposure to AI-assisted design workflows is a plus

●Understanding of product requirement documents (PRD), user stories, and business workflows is a plus

●Strong attention to detail and usability principles

• Good communication skills in English

We are looking for a qualified Junior Product Designer to design intuitive and visually engaging software interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for translating product requirements into responsive UI designs that ensure usability, consistency, and a seamless user experience.

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with product managers and developers, so your communication skills should be strong. You should be proactive in understanding business workflows and capable of designing solutions that support smooth product development and effective collaboration across teams.

What You’ll be Doing

●      Design responsive web and mobile application interfaces design using Figma

●      Translate product requirements and business workflows into clean, usable UI designs

●      Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications

●      Ensure consistency in application theme, visual language, typography, and component usage

●      Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align design with technical feasibility

●      Design scalable UI components and contribute to a growing design system

●      Utilize AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Stitch) to accelerate ideation and iteration

●      Support frontend developers with design clarifications and UI refinement

●      Understand and design around real-world SaaS workflows (operations dashboards, admin panels, task management systems, etc.)

●      Continuously improve usability based on feedback and iteration cycles
