• Age 25 to 35 years

● Minimum 2+ years of solid experience in professional software product management for overseas clients (experience in Supply Chain, payments, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms is a plus.)

● Strong technical skills to oversee the platforms that support our internal and user apps, including a deep understanding of software design, data structures, and APIs

● System design thinking to ensure the scalability of our platforms

● Lead with data and research, not assumption

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Shipped a variety of products requiring cross-functional teamwork

● Highly organized and detailed - you write detailed user stories, maintain your backlog, and set clear goals

● Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to assist in creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical specifications, improving documentation quality and speed

● Experience using AI-assisted workflows for product discovery, requirement refinement, and documentation generation.

● Familiarity with Figma for designing or prototyping software interfaces. Ability to create basic wireframes, product flows, and UI mockups is considered a strong advantage.

● Relevant professional Certifications would be a plus.

● Good in communication with excellent English language ability.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our software products. As a Software Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap, prioritizing features, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users and stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on understanding market demands, gathering customer feedback, and working closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering impactful products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll be Doing 

• Defining product requirements and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Identifying and prioritizing features based on market demand, user feedback, and business objectives

• Guiding the development of new product features and enhancements to meet user needs and improve overall product experience

• Collaborating with designers to ensure that product designs and wireframes are translated into feasible, high-quality solutions

• Conducting research and analysis on technical challenges and proposing solutions to optimize product performance and security 

• Leading the integration of third-party APIs and software platforms to enhance product functionality and interoperability

• Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements and project scope

• Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to track product performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product team
