What You Bring

• Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels).

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets.

• Strong command of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, clustering, segmentation, and time-series analysis.

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards and executive reporting.

• Ability to design and operationalize reusable data models and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in data science, applied analytics, or business intelligence.

A Strategic Intelligence Scientist acts to strengthen ACI's Sales Analytics & Controlling capability by building predictive models, intelligent automation, scalable data pipelines, and next-generation decision intelligence systems. This role combines advanced analytics, applied machine learning, and commercial problem-solving to unlock revenue growth, optimize sales expenditures, and enhance performance visibility across all sales channels.

What You Will Do

• Build machine learning models (regression, time-series forecasting, gradient boosting, propensity modelling, uplift modelling).
• Develop demand forecasting engines, price elasticity curves, and promotion impact algorithms.
• Use econometrics to quantify the influence of trade spend, discounts, campaigns, and distribution changes on revenue.
• Develop automated data pipelines to aggregate data from distributors, RTM systems, retail channels, e-commerce platforms, and internal ERP/BI systems.
• Implement scalable ETL frameworks using Python, SQL, APIs, and Power Query.
• Build modular data products such as anomaly detectors, growth predictors, sales-mix intelligence modules, and cost-to-serve models.
• Analyze channel profitability, route-to-market efficiency, contribution margins, and SKU velocity.
• Evaluate trade promotions, discounts, and marketing investments using advanced ROI models.
• Design A/B tests, multivariate tests, and causal inference studies to validate growth initiatives.
• Build simulation models for scenario planning and sales acceleration strategies.
• Present insights in a clear, narrative-driven format to sales, finance, marketing, and leadership teams.
