Educational Requirements:
∎ Required Education: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science or Software Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position serves as key project management as well as a business and technical analyst for IT projects involving application development/enhancement/customization. Project Manager will be responsible for managing the business analysis process for all development projects, providing business analysis and design support.
∎ Manages key application development projects and supports the project office applications and processes;
∎ Maintains the direction and focus on the goals of the project;
∎ Develops project work plans, prepares estimates, defines roles and responsibilities, tracks and facilitates project progress, develops and implements test plans;
∎ Reviews and assesses technical project requests, including system development and application integration/implementation requests to define requirements and estimates;
∎ Serves as a key liaison facilitating application development team, application owners and end-users in translating application development needs into development specifications;
∎ Conducts system analysis and design activities;
∎ Provides operational support and coordinates consultants visits and tasks with internal and external Users;
∎ Maintains communications on project status with all associated departments, Branches and oversees roll out activities;
∎ Organizes information and materials for websites, project portals, and other project documentation platforms and ensures project information is shared with key stakeholders;
∎ Provide system liaison for various systems with the user, the departments, and the vendor;
∎ Maintains any Guideline comes from Competent Authority like- IDRA, Board of Directors, and Management.
∎ Coordinates integration developments efforts between systems;
∎ Should have an effective leadership quality who is able to motivate project team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Required Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years of ERP project.
∎ Certification on Project Management of Insurance Automation Software is preferred.
∎ More preferable for Insurance/Banking Software Implementation personnel.
∎ License/Certification: MS SQL Server or OCP.
∎ Knowledge:
∎ Knowledge of trends, issues, and accepted practices relevant to the position;
∎ High level knowledge of Project Management, ERP and CRM systems, and business processes.
∎ Skills:
∎ Candidates must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Abilities:
∎ Ability to effectively communicate with a lot of different people.
∎ Ability to manage reports and necessary documentations.
