∎ Experience: 2+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in ERP or software development projects in manufacturing, garments, or textile domains.
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ Skilled in requirement elicitation techniques, documentation, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
∎ Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
∎ Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically production, inventory, supply chain, HR, Sales, and finance modules.
∎ Soft Skills:
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
∎ Qualifications :
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, focusing on features for sales, production, supply chain, quality control, and financial management within the ERP.
∎ Conduct detailed analysis of current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimized processes to integrate within the ERP.
∎ Develop and maintain business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, SRS, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
∎ Facilitate regular discussions with clients, project managers, and development teams to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and provide updates on project status.
∎ Identify and document discrepancies between current ERP capabilities and desired functionality, proposing solutions or workarounds.
∎ Assist in creating test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validating ERP features to ensure they align with business needs and requirements.
∎ Provide training to end-users and support the implementation team in addressing user queries and issues post-implementation.
∎ Work closely with the project manager to identify potential project risks, propose contingency plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
∎ Gather feedback from users and stakeholders post-implementation, driving enhancements and refinements to the ERP solution
