Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement project activities in accordance with the project guidelines and targets (Community mobilization, identifying livelihood skills & income generation opportunities)
∎ Coordinate activities between trade based target group, local actors, government, Private sector & training institute and available resources
∎ Assist Livelihood coordinator to Identify and select skills training need, Plan training method, Development training that would be benefit Women in the Rohingya.
∎ Maintain the link with Women Market, Trade based Beneficiary and Different Institute
∎ Support the quality control means provided by the line manager, and ensure the reporting about capacity gaps module
∎ Conduct training sessions, identify more skills according to the need and choice of community women & take further development initiatives.
∎ Support the quality control means provided by the line manager, and ensure the reporting about capacity gaps.
∎ Prepare beneficiary selection criteria as per project design, organize Training on Skill and Business Development for women leaders.
∎ Meeting with private sector, training institutions and local government on explore partnership.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the supervisor, team lead and other project partners.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Strong livelihood, cash programming and emergency response in working in complex, protracted emergences in a challenging work environment.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
∎ Good communication skills.
