∎ Bachelors in CSE from any reputed University of Bangladesh.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PMP
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receives client's support requests and complaints through the phone, online or directly face to face.
∎ Provides support, identifies problems' root causes and provides solutions accordingly.
∎ Keeps a record of each support and complaint details after providing solutions.
∎ Resolves hardware, software and connectivity problems and determines the source of computer problems and provides solutions accordingly.
∎ Repairing and recovering hardware or software failures and simultaneously coordinating and communicating with concerned authorities.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
Additional Requirements:
∎ Healthcare experience should be given preference.
∎ Experience in Managing Infrastructure Projects
∎ Experience in Low-current projects
∎ Background in network and security will be required
∎ Working in both passive and active networks
Salary: Negotiable
