• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Developer

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Developer

• Age At least 30 years

• BSc. (3 to 5 years)/ Diploma (4 to 8 years)
• Must experience in High Rise Building Constructions related work.
• Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural analysis software is an advantage.
• The applicants should have experience in Pile works, Finishing work.
• The applicants should have experience in fair face building work & green building work.
• Preferable who have work experience at Jolshiri Abashon project

• Execute and implementation of project works according to work schedule.

• Project management, Project costing, Planning & progress monitoring, Sub-contractor dealing, overall supervision, liaison and preparing bills.

• Manage materials, equipment and supporting materials of the project.

• Ensure quality of civil works, construction materials and finishing items.

• Coordinate of electrical mechanical works ensure safety & security

• Making report of engineering and store materials, control material wastage.

• Solve project relates any kind of problem & monitor work of the project

• Manage workers when it will be needed, Ability to work under pressure, Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
