Prior call center or telemarketing experience preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Weekly 1 Holiday)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Introduce Brownfield Design & Development Ltd projects to the potential customers.
Generate and qualify leads through proper communication and data filtering.
Maintain accurate CRM/lead entry and follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.
Support sales targets by nurturing leads with professionalism and empathy.
