We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-oriented professional to join our sales team as Manager, Apartment Sales for the Jolshiri project.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets for apartment sales within the Jolshiri project.
Identify and engage potential buyers through networking, referrals, corporate channels, and marketing leads.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase project features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide tailored solutions and guidance to clients regarding apartment purchases, payment plans, and legal processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Regularly update management with sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitor projects, and industry trends.
Handle client queries, follow up on leads, and ensure smooth contract signing and handover processes.
