Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and monitor SR, TSM, and Distributor teams within the assigned area
Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.
Recruit new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage.
Visit markets daily and prepare activity reports.
Analyze competitors’ activities, pricing policies, and market strategies.
Work on training, motivating, and improving the performance of the sales team.
Monitor the sales force as per KPIs and conduct performance reviews.
Submit sales and collection reports to the head office on time.
Supervise dealers’ outstanding payments and financial activities.
