To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbent who will manage the full lifecycle of commercial vehicle products by developing product strategy, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans to ensure competitiveness, profitability, and alignment with market, customer, and principal requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
Develop product roadmaps and portfolio strategies for commercial vehicles (trucks, pickups, and special applications).
Define product positioning based on customer segments, applications, and market demand.
Coordinate with principals on import planning, localization, and future product development.
2. Market & Customer Insights
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, usage patterns, and buying behavior.
Analyze competitor products, features, pricing, and value propositions.
Gather insights from sales teams, dealers, and key customers to refine product offerings.
3. Pricing & Profitability Management
Develop pricing strategies considering cost structures, competitor pricing, and target margins.
Prepare price walk analyses and business cases for management approval.
Monitor product-wise profitability and recommend corrective actions.
4. Product Launch & Go-to-Market Execution
Plan and execute new product launches, including launch strategies, timelines, and budgets.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, specification sheets, presentations, and digital content.
Ensure sales and dealer readiness through product training and launch communications.
5. Sales & Dealer Support
Provide product training to sales teams, dealers, and key customers.
Support key account and fleet sales through product presentations and technical clarifications.
Act as the central product expert for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Lifecycle & Performance Management
Track product performance, including sales, market share, and customer feedback.
Recommend product enhancements, facelifts, or phase-out strategies.
Coordinate with after-sales teams to address field issues and warranty feedback.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales, After-Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Compliance teams.
Ensure alignment between product planning, inventory strategy, and marketing execution.
