• Relevant experience in Modern Trade category.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.

• Motorcycle driving license.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned area and ensure product visibility.

• Drive demand generation through visits to institutions and modern trade.

• Ensure compliance with company credit policies and manage credit limits.

• Ensure VAT and tax documentation align with government regulations.

• Regularly visit MT parties and outlets, guiding the TSO to optimize performance.

• Maintain consistent product coverage and availability, addressing any issues at the MT Party level per company standards.

• Conduct stock checks at MT parties, distributors, and warehouses during visits.

• Monitor MT parties’ compliance with CP programs, displays, and replacements.

• Oversee replacements in line with company policy.

• Ensure timely product deliveries to meet customer demand.

• Prepare reports to evaluate TSO performance and drive motivation to achieve larger business goals.
