Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible for launching a new product to market and ensuring its success by acting as the bridge between product development, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) plans for new product launches, outlining how the product will be introduced to the market, including pricing, distribution channels, and promotional tactics. 

  • Communicate the product's value proposition to customers and internal teams.

  • Understand the target market, buyer personas, and competitive landscape as well as oversee the entire launch process, including setting goals and metrics.

  • Develop content such as websites, blog posts, case studies, and sales materials to ensure that products and services meet customers expectations and to build the credibility of brands.

  • Work with product, Sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Equip the sales force with the knowledge and tools needed to sell the new product effectively and work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment.

  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, monitoring feedback and market trends.
