The Job holder is responsible for overseeing overall marketing Functions and leading the team in achieving desired business targets. He/she works closely with the Category & Outlet Team in order to formulate the right Marketing Strategies and ensure effective implementation. He/she is also responsible for upholding the Agora Brand Image and maintaining a consistently positive image of the brand.

Key Accountabilities:

Operational/Professional/Business

• Achieve ABP target with focused marketing communication

• Develop and Update Marketing strategies and communication Plan

• Coordinate Weekly promotion

  Product selection

  Communication design

  Coordinate price

  Media Buying

  Implementation

  Follow up

• Coordinate Loyalty program

  Old loyalty card distribution

  Coordinate New card delivery process

  Handling customer complaint and feedback (

  Maintain TPReward (Loyalty Software)

  Coordinate New card import activity

• Coordinate Customer feedback & complaint process

• Oversee Wholesale and Institutional sales

• Coordinate E commerce activity

  Re agreement

  Develop innovative design considering the age

  Communicate to create customer base

  Achieve ABP  target

• Introduce and maintain "Pricing Index" as per plan and rationalize the "High Price  Perception" of Agora Brand

• New outlet branding

• Standardize in-store branding for all approved store renovation projects

• Build and maintain close rapport with media

• Coordinate with suppliers for promotion and other marketing issues

• Support the Commercial team in promo decision making

• Effective use of SAP and Wincor to achieve business objectives
