Responsibilities & Context:
Execute daily sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly targets.
Promote real estate projects and deliver professional project presentations.
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up with potential clients.
Conduct market visits and identify new customer leads.
Support marketing campaigns, brand promotions, and field activities.
Handle client negotiations, queries, and assist in closing sales deals.
Prepare regular sales reports and ensure proper documentation.
