We are looking for a smart, energetic Marketing Executive (IT) to promote and sell our IT services, build strong client relationships, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to plan campaigns, meet clients, prepare proposals, and achieve monthly targets for services like website development, software solutions, bulk SMS, digital marketing, CCTV/security solutions, and PABX.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads (B2B/B2C) through calls, visits, networking, referrals, online platforms, and events.

• Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable IT solutions.

• Present company services: Websites, Software, Bulk SMS, Digital Marketing, CCTV, PABX, Domain & Hosting.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM/lead records regularly.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.

• Support digital marketing activities (Facebook/Google campaigns, content ideas, promotions) with the marketing team.

• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

• Handle client feedback and ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.

• Research market trends, competitors, and new opportunities in Bangladesh/Dubai (if applicable).
