Job Overview
ZAMAN IT is looking for a confident and energetic Telemarketing & Sales Intern who can communicate with potential clients over phone calls and help generate sales opportunities for our IT services.
This position is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in sales, telemarketing, and client communication.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Introduce company services professionally over phone
Follow up with interested clients
Generate leads and schedule meetings
Maintain call records and client information
Support the sales team in converting leads into customers
Communicate with clients through WhatsApp and email when needed
Achieve weekly and monthly calling targets
Requirements
Strong communication skills in Bangla
Basic English communication skills
Confident speaking over phone calls
Good listening and convincing ability
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferred Qualifications
Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus
Knowledge of IT services or digital marketing is an advantage
Ability to handle client objections professionally
