Job Context:
ACI Motors is looking for Sr./ Technical Support Assistant (Commercial Vehicle, Mahindra) to manage commercial vehicle service and diagnosis purpose (Mechanical & Electrical). provide Field and dealer support and monitor overall customer service with the field service team.
Major Responsibilities:
Ensuring safety before work staring.
Ensuring the customer vehicle work support when as required.
Ensure best effort for the achieve best CSI.
Before the service begins, enter the information to APPS for the Job card opening.
Assign yourself over the country as per the filed force requirement.
Assign yourself to support any critical tasks Mechanical & Electrical).
Check, before-hand delivery to the customer after completing the vehicle service work.
Ensure product development analysis for management expectations.
Monitoring for maintenance support of capture vehicles.
Assist in estimating parts for refurbished vehicle work.
Sharing new ideas for service operations development.
Monitoring & ensured Support to Service Center Electric Line and all accessories also.
Accept any special tasks outside his normal duties and uphold image of the Division as well as of the Company.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor time to time.
