Responsibilities & Context:

Role:
Herlan Store is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Capability Lead to strengthen sales excellence by developing people capability, sales processes, and performance culture across retail operations. This role will be responsible for driving sustainable sales growth through structured training, coaching, and capability-building initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and continuously improve sales capability frameworks aligned with business goals.

Develop and deliver structured sales training programs (product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, SOPs).

Coach and mentor sales team leaders and frontline staff to improve productivity and conversion.

Analyze sales performance data to identify capability gaps and recommend improvement actions.

Standardize sales processes, retail execution standards, and best practices across stores.

Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Marketing to ensure consistent execution of sales strategies.

Support new store openings and new product launches through focused capability interventions.

Monitor training effectiveness and report impact on sales KPIs.
