Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline (BBA/ MBA in Marketing is highly preferred)
8–10 years of experience in commercial vehicle sales, dealer development, or automotive distribution.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in dealer network management or channel development roles.
Strong understanding of commercial vehicle market dynamics, financing solutions, and fleet sales operations.
Good at Ms-Office Suite (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel & Ms-PowerPoint).
Proven skills in dealer development and relationship management
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
Strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution capability
Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills

To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbent who will develop, expand, and optimize the dealer and sales network for commercial vehicles by appointing capable dealers, strengthening existing partners, ensuring effective market coverage, and driving sustainable sales growth.
Job Responsibilities
1. Dealer Network Development
Identify potential markets and locations for new dealer appointments based on market opportunities and coverage gaps.
Evaluate, select, and appoint dealers in line with company standards and long-term business strategy.
Lead dealer onboarding, including infrastructure setup, manpower planning, and operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with dealership agreements, brand standards, and corporate policies.
2. Sales Network Expansion & Optimization
Develop and implement a structured dealer network expansion plan to achieve volume and market share targets.
Monitor dealer performance and take corrective actions to improve sales productivity.
Ensure optimal territory allocation and minimize channel conflicts.
Support dealers in expanding sub-dealers, sales outlets, and rural market reach.
3. Dealer Performance Management
Set clear sales, coverage, and operational KPIs for dealers.
Conduct regular dealer reviews to assess sales performance, inventory levels, receivables, and customer satisfaction.
Support underperforming dealers through structured action plans, coaching, and corrective measures.
Recommend dealer upgrades, restructuring, or termination where necessary.
4. Sales Capability & Process Development
Support dealers in building effective sales teams and ensure proper training and capability development.
Standardize sales processes, reporting systems, and CRM usage across the dealer network.
Coordinate sales training programs in collaboration with training and product teams.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
Track competitor network strategies, dealer structures, and market movements.
Provide insights and recommendations to management on pricing, product positioning, and network strategy.
Support new product launches through dealer readiness and market activation plans.
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with After-Sales, Finance, Credit, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure dealer operational efficiency.
Facilitate the resolution of dealer issues related to supply, documentation, credit, and service support.
