• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• At least 6 years

• Experienced in building heavy industrial or commercial projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and related software.

• Proficiency in the Chinese language will be given preference.

• Interpret civil drawings and execute site preparation, ground leveling, foundation works, and finishing activities as per design specifications.

• Perform accurate field measurements, markings, and assist in survey work to ensure proper layout and site alignment.

• Supervise daily site activities and guide workers to ensure quality, safety, and timely progress.

• Coordinate with the Project Engineer to resolve site issues and maintain uninterrupted workflow.

• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Material Receiving Reports (MRR) to support timely material procurement.

• Verify Measurement Book (MB) entries and BOQ quantities to ensure accuracy in documentation.

• Assist in estimating material requirements by reviewing requisitions, quantities, and inventory levels.

• Monitor site inventory, track material usage, and control wastage to maintain cost efficiency.

• Ensure safe, organized, and clean site conditions by enforcing housekeeping and safety practices.

• Support higher management by overseeing site work in their absence and ensuring smooth daily operations.
