• Diploma (Vocational)

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, vocational training in carpentry or formwork construction.

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in formwork carpentry, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role.
• Skills: Proficiency in formwork systems, blueprint reading, leadership, and use of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Certifications: OSHA/NEBOSH safety certifications, scaffolding certification (if required), and formwork-related certifications are advantageous.
• Health and Safety: Compliance with safety standards, risk management, and proper use of PPE.
• Physical Abilities: Stamina, dexterity, and the ability to work in challenging environments.

Manage a team of Shuttering Carpenters, chargehand and helpers.
