∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
PACKING, Packing operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and organizing work shift for the timely completion of Shaft packing activities.
∎ Assist to develop all the processes and standard operating procedures relative to each job category and activity of Shaft packing within the department.
∎ Inspecting all packing processes and evaluating the work of subordinates.
∎ Maintaining proper shift cycles for packing activities.
∎ Prepare the shift wise Packing production report & entry to the ERP system.
∎ Deploy and provide technical expertise for complex issues during shifts.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of all the machineries and equipment under Packing Section to enable uninterrupted production for achieving the targets.
∎ Lead, support and motivate the packing team for better production.
∎ Review packing process, packing materials management and waste control.
∎ Monitor and control packing process cost-effectively and deliver products on time.
∎ Distribute duties and responsibilities to packers and operators, supervise their work.
∎ Monitor and ensure product standards.
∎ Maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
∎ Keep close eye to achieve production target
∎ Ensure safety of the plant and compliance rules.
∎ Perform other related activities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have work experience in Packing Department under any export oriented company.
