Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. Ensure proper checking of the spectrometer with standards before test.
∎ b. Perform standardization and reprofiling as per SOP.
∎ c. Test sample from various stage of production process in each heat within stipulated time.
∎ d. Perform scrap test and other non-routing tests.
∎ e. Escalate deviations to quality specification to concerned people on a timely basis.
∎ f. Ensure data input into level2/ ERP/ SAP system and generate report.
∎ g. Prepare MTC for the customers.
∎ h. Maintain all quality related documents/ reports as required by the department and circulate to the manager QC.
∎ i. Ensure precondition for a healthy lab atmosphere.
∎ j. Ensure spares and consumables of spectrometer lab. Inform manager QC in advance for any item if the stock is minimum.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Must be computer literate and be familiar with MS office, Internet-intranet.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability and willing to work extra hours on emergency.

Salary: Negotiable
