Responsibilities & Context:
- To prepare Rebar Stock and reconcile with all stock location & Delivery Statement.
- To prepare finish production distribution reports for management.
- To prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports of delivered goods to customer.
- To prepare monthly dashboard for management by highlighting Distribution top line activities.
- To ensure checking and reconciling the vendors (Transport & Labor) bill.
- To ensure checking the stock level & ensure optimum product availability of Dhaka Warehouse.
- To reconcile Dhaka Warehouse delivery reports & submit to cross functional team.
- To facilitate for performing internal audit with coordination with all stock locations.
- To coordinate with cross functional team to ensure required logistics support for distribution department.
- To assist performing export program & bulk shipment to high valued corporate customers.
