Ensure daily production as per the given production planning
Shut-down planning with maintenance.
Ensure effective utilization of resources require for production.
Ensure the production as per required time.
Ensure Maximum no of heat tap in shift.
Ensure effective utilization of resources require for production, Preparation of Shift roster for technicians.
Implement the necessary measures to improve the production and quality.
Avoid wastage & losses of resources during heat making.
Implement the cost measures to reduce the cost.
Co-ordinate with the subordinates for smooth production.
Preparation of Shift roster.
Handle manpower of contractors in shift.
Coordinate and consult with other dept. to ensure efficient operation
Prepare and manage budget information for the dept.
Coordinating & consulting with intra dept. to ensure efficient operation, provide training and develop subordinates.
Trouble shooting of critical problems.
Provide solution of any type of recurring problem
Follow up safety related issues like ensuring PPE, Work permit, regulate hazard identification and elimination.
